Iron, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B10, Vitamin D, Calcium, Protiens & Sodium

All the above needs to be monitored regularly and kept within normal range, as they are extremely important for the well-being of Seniors. These elements may be deficient as seniors usually have a low appetite for various reasons.

Low vitamins can hasten neuronal degeneration, which can manifest as Alzheimer’s and Dementia which are difficult to handle at home.
